The training of professionals, human resources, science and technological innovation are the three substantive processes that defines the Doctorate in Computing, developed by the University of Infromatics  Science (UCI).

This program, which has been organized since 2011  by the Postgraduate Methodological  Department, hosted professor  Zoila Morales from school 2 , who radiates her passion for research, especially when she refers to her work as PhD in Technical  Sciences.

In evaluating the institutional strategy for doctoral training, she emphasized that it  has contributed a lot  in her work as a professor , and has developed her skills   in the world of research, as well as giving her the tools to introduce this knowledge in the classes and transmit it to the students.

In addition, it has allowed her to have new mechanisms to be able to support her pupils in the making up  of their  theses and that can make them to have publications of level 1 and enhance the prestige of the University.

See pointed out that the Special Program of Scientific Training in Informatics (PEFCI) has achieved prestige, as more and more people are motivated by this doctorate, because they see the progress of graduates, and their growth in the work as researchers. This is because the UCI has fostered research groups and the formation of master's degrees, which tax doctorates as part of the investigative pyramid.

Speaking slowly and with the simplicity of someone  who is not awared of the results she has obtained so far, she refers to hes trajectory in which highlights the status of relevant in the XVI Provincial Forum of Science and Technology of 2012 and in the Forum of Science and Technique at UCI level this year, as well as the Rector's  Prize, to the best Project in the computerization of society, and participation in XI International Congress of Health Informatics and the Convention and International Fair of Informatics 2016.

The special scientific training program in computer science provokes admiration and gratitude to this young woman, who knows how to value the teachers who work in this work and thanked PhD. Vivian Estrada, Juan Pedro Febles and Rosa Alicia Vázquez, who guided her since the issue arose until the end of the process.

She added that the main strength of this house of high studies is the youth of its collective and an example of this is that the average age of professionals who are linked to the PECFI is 34 years. This higher education center is mostly made up of young people who with the impetus of their  age want to do many new things that impact on the development of the institution and our society.

The UCI is called to have  an important role in the economic and productive development of the country in the coming years and in this endeavor are immersed young people like Zoila Morales, who works tirelessly so that the results of the investigations are visible, applicable and on that basis to contribute to the computerization of society.
