Surayne Torres radiates the pride of having graduated from a program that has left its mark on the formation of the new generations of Ph.D.s in this higher education center.

The director of the Center for Consultancy and Development of Business Architectures in evaluating the impact of the Special Scientific Training Program in Information Technology (known as  PEFCI), indicated that it offered the possibility of acquiring quickly and concentrated the results and experiences of other colleagues who are in the same process.

She confesses that this program helped her in her professional training by equipping her with speech facilities and orienting her in the way of presenting the thesis and taught her that besides having a good research it is essential to transmit correctly the scientific results.

The researcher considers that in her staying  into the PEFCI she was guided by a first-class staff who guided her to find the way, "because when you start doing a doctoral research you have a very broad idea about what you are going to do and they help you in what you can really do, where there are an innovation and a scientific contribution. "

When assessing the relevance of her research, she meant that it was associated with the proposal of a model that allowed to evaluate the competencies based on the evidence of the work in the project.
She also said that this model was included as part of the human resources module of the GESPRO tool that is currently used in the Information Technology Company for Defense (XETID), in the division of Copextel Tecnostar and in our University.

This young researcher is certain that the best recognition is the one that gives her the fruit of her scientific work, which allows her to contribute to the future  development of the University of Informatics Sciences.
