Dear Rector
Miriam Nicado García:

Dear Vice-rectors, professors  and guests:
Male and female students of this relevant center of studies:

When the University of Informatics Sciences arrives at this site, it is inevitable that our thinking will lead to the memory of whoever was its creator, founder and maximum impeller: the Commander in Chief, eternal and victorious Fidel Castro.

Fidel conceived and developed this university, which is proud of our higher education and makes an essential contribution to the scientific-technical and economic development of the country in its strenuous but unstoppable march towards a prosperous and sustainable socialism.

The University  and its thousands of graduates, the professors' staff  and the  workers, provide the country with the valuable contribution of their knowledge and place Cuba, in this way, at the forefront of advanced technologies in information technology and Communications, successfully challenging the criminal and multiple Yankee blockade.

In order to fulfill the vital tasks entrusted to him by the Revolution, the University of Informatics  Sciences has always been inspired by the thought, action and example of José Martí, sowing the Martí roots of this group.

We therefore consider that the present Framework Agreement of Collaboration signed today between the university  and the Office of the Marti's  Program and its institutional system will be the way to strengthen, increase and regularize the cooperation that from the very moments of the foundation of this Center has been carried out.

The agreements contained in this Agreement will surely be fulfilled with systematicity and quality, and in this we commit from now on the efforts and the will of the Office of the Marti's  Program and its institutions.

The University of Informatics  Sciences will continue along the  patriotic path , socialist and internationalist with the course stated  by Martí and Fidel, counting on our collaboration and support.

With kind regards,
Until victory for ever
Ph.D.  Armando Hart Dávalos.
