The Scientific Council's mission is to establish scientific policy for postgraduate activity and the training of master's and doctoral students. It also evaluates the progress of scientific and technical work, including scientific production, establishes indicators to measure this activity and its interaction with the rest of the processes and areas; in addition, it proposes scientific projects that will receive funding from the University or other institutions.
