On the fourteenth anniversary of the visit of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, when he first addressed to the students and workers of the University, the founding site of the university was re-inaugurated.
The Forum for Internet Governance 2016 (IGF), held from December 6 to 9 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is a forum for dialogue, organized by the General Assembly of the United Nations since 2005.
