As 64 years ago, the Cuban youth recalled the first March of the Torches on Friday night, in which they demonstrated their commitment and revolutionary reaffirmation.

The greatest activity of remembrance to the intellectual author of the Cuban Revolution began after 10 pm, when it was  placed a wreath at the foot of the monument where the remains of the founder of the University Student Federation, Julio Antonio Mella rest.

A representation of this house of high studies came to the call of the youth organizations and participated in the parade that constituted a sample of the support of the new generations to the historical direction of the Revolution.

The members of our institution covered the route from the University of Havana to   Fragua Martiana  , in order to ratify the support of Cuban youth to the 50th anniversary of the fall of Ernesto Che Guevara in Bolivia, The UJC and 95 of the University Student Federation. The light of the present and the future illuminated the path of the new generations under the right guidance of Marti and Fidel, eternal leader and continuator of Martian ideas.
